How do I book for a group?
If you wish to book for more than 9 persons, please fill out the group request form below. Please make sure you enter the destination airports, departure and return dates and the number of passengers.
Germanwings will get back to you by e-mail with a special quote within 3 working days. You will then need to confirm the offer by e-mail and Germanwings will make a firm booking for your group.
Payment can be made by credit card or debit transfer as required.
You will need to supply us with a binding list of names at least 4 working days before departure.
